CityBee wallet is a virtual payment method which can be used to pay for CityBee services. You can find it in the Menu bar under “Payments” section.
You can top up CityBee wallet using your bank card. The wallet can be topped up unlimited times.
Your reservation will automatically be paid using CityBee wallet. If the wallet balance is insufficient, the money will be charged from the bank card that is linked to your account.
Individuals cannot add funds to the CityBee wallet with a payment card, linked in a business profile.
CityBee wallets are separate between countries. This means that if you topped up your wallet in Lithuania – the wallet balance can be used only for reservations made in Lithuania.
After selecting the BeePool icon, press “Create trip” and fill in all the necessary information: the starting point and destination of the trip, the departure time, the price per person and the number of available seats in the car. You can also add an additional comment about your travel expectations or other important information. When you’re done entering information, click „Create“.
The only thing remaining to do is to wait for the seats in the vehicle requests from fellow passengers. Do not delay to approve the requests you receive.
By registering in the CityBee application, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms of use and privacy policy. If you had not done that, you would not be able to use CityBee services.

Issued discount coupons are valid for 3 months from the date of issue. The exact date of validity of the discount coupon is indicated in “CityBee ON” section in CityBee application.
The app provides the opportunity to communicate personally with passengers or the driver:
If you are a driver – in the „Chats“ section you will be able to see all the passengers whose reservations you have already confirmed, and in this way you will be able to contact them directly;
If you are a passenger – in the „Chats“ section you will be able to see the driver who accepted your request and you will be able contact the driver.
The possibility of chatting for passengers occurs not only after submitting a reservation request, but also before it is submitted – in this way, the passenger can contact the driver and get any additional information about the trip.

At the beginning of every month, you will be informed about the ON level assigned to you in the CityBee application. Also, information about your current ON level can always be checked in the “CityBee ON” section in the CityBee application, which you can find by pressing “Menu”.
If you find a CityBee car dirty or damaged (if the damage is not marked with an orange “Reported” sticker), please report the damage in the app by pressing the Report a problem button before starting the trip.
Also, it is possible to notify us about the condition of the car by sending a photo and car number in the application chat.
