When using CityBee, you do not need to pay for the fuel – you will pay only for the time used and for kilometers driven.
When the fuel drops to 1/4 volume of the tank capacity, go to any Circle-K gas station in Lithuania and fuel the bee. Fill a full fuel tank and pay with the gas stations’ card which you will find in the CityBee car at the sun visor on the top of the driver’s side.
You will find the payment card PIN code in the CityBee app after opening your active reservation. You will find stickers indicating the type of fuel for a car on the sun visor and the fuel tank cover (both inside and outside).
Yes, you can. The CityBee Privacy Policy provides detailed information on the purpose of processing your personal data and the duration of storage thereof.
Currently, CityBee offers a long-term car rent and any car from the CityBee car park can be rented. Usage is no different from short-term CityBee rent service, and all the offered benefits (insurance, fuel, washing) remain.
How long can a person use a car?
If settlements are successful – the duration is unlimited.
What is the amount of time you will be charged for a trip when the car is used by an individual?
During long-term reservation (trip package), the sum is charged before the start of the trip and if additional time and/or km is required after the prepayment package ends, the sum for the actual accumulated amount will be deducted during or at the end of the trip.
The money will be deducted from your selected card. If you have money in your CityBee wallet or have accumulated credit, for example for refueling, the funds will be deducted from this amount first. If the amount cannot be deducted, we will ask you to pay it or leave the car.
Please note that this service is provided in Lithuania only.
As in a regular car, you need to turn the key or press a „Start engine“ button.
Important: It does not turn on until you properly put on a seatbelt.
Moreover, the engine is absolutely silent, so you won’t hear it turned on.
Pets can only be carried in cars in special pet transport boxes. Also, please make sure of the cleanliness and leave the car the way you would like to find it.
Cashback will be applied automatically to your future trip, so you won’t need to do any additional steps. You can check whether the CashBack has been applied to the trip in the CityBee app by pressing Menu -> Trip history -> Select the trip. For your information, the cashback will not be reflected in the invoice.
