Before you hop out, do a quick check:
– Grabbed all your stuff
– Car documents and accessories still in the car
– Key back where you found it (or somewhere the next person will easily spot it)
– Windows and sunroof closed
Then just open your active trip in the app, hit ‘End trip’, and confirm. Make sure the doors actually lock. You’ll get a confirmation.

No worries. You can unlock the car once for free to grab your things. Find out more about retrieving lost items here.
In that case, we recommend purchasing a pre-paid trip package. Before starting your trip, you can choose whether you want to use a subscription plan trip or buy a pre-paid package. You can select from available packages or create your own.
Parking in private paid lots is allowed, but you will need to cover the parking cost yourself.

Additionally, regardless of whether the area is shown in the app as a free parking zone (transparent) or a paid parking zone (yellow), customers must always comply with local traffic regulations, road signs, supplementary signs, and any other parking restrictions in force.
Before ending your reservation, always make sure that parking is permitted in the selected location.
CityBee wallet is a virtual payment method which can be used to pay for CityBee services. You can find your CityBee wallet in the app by clicking Menu -> Payments.
CityBee wallet cannot be topped up, but the balance will be used automatically.
You can change your email address in the mobile app.
Select Menu – My profile – E-mail address – Replace the previous e-mail address with a new one.
You will receive an email at the new address with a confirmation link. You will need to click it to confirm the new email address.

You can find the fuel type in the CityBee app, under active reservation.
In the CityBee app, parking zones marked in yellow usually have a drop-off and/or pick-up fee for CityBee cars. This fee does not apply to trips made under the CityBee subscription. The drop-off fee in the yellow CityBee zone is not charged even if the trip starts under the subscription plan but ends with the ‘Flexible’ pricing due to exceeding the allocated kilometers and/or minutes in the subscription plan.
When purchasing additional trips, i.e., trip packages, during the subscription period, the CityBee drop-off and/or pick-up fee waiver in the yellow zone does not apply for the package trips.
