Additionally, regardless of whether the area is shown in the app as a free parking zone (transparent) or a paid parking zone (yellow), customers must always comply with local traffic regulations, road signs, supplementary signs, and any other parking restrictions in force.
Before ending your reservation, always make sure that parking is permitted in the selected location.
If you want to change your phone number in the CityBee app, please follow these steps:
Menu > My profile > Phone number. Specify the new phone number and enter the verification code, which you will receive as an SMS to the new phone number.
If you want to change the phone number registered in the CityBee app, but cannot access your profile in the app, please send us a request by e-mail, using the e-mail address you specified in your CityBee profile, and indicate your new phone number. We will change it upon request.
If you are unable to access the email inbox associated with your account, kindly get in touch with our customer support team for further assistance.
Attention! To protect Your account and to prevent fraud, while changing the phone number, we will remove Your driver‘s license and all Your attached payment cards. Add Your driver‘s license and payment card and You will be able to use the services again.

Bee Chill – we’ve got your back! If you happen to have an accident and accidentally damage the vehicle, don’t stress – we’ve got you covered. Just be sure to notify us right away, and we’ll take care of the rest.
The BeeChill is a financial responsibility fee is applied to all ‘Flexible’ trips, and it’s already included in the price of trip packages or trips made with a subscription plan. You can see the fee in the app before you start your trip.
This fee is intended to cover any damage caused to the vehicle as a result of an accident for which you are responsible.
However, BeeChill does not apply in any of the cases listed in Section 7.17 of our Terms of Use. Below are some of the most common examples:
• if the accident is not reported;
• if the accident occurred while driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
• if the accident resulted from a serious violation of traffic regulations;
• or in any other cases specified in Section 7.17 of the Terms of Use.

In that case, we recommend purchasing a pre-paid trip package. Before starting your trip, you can choose whether you want to use a subscription plan trip or buy a pre-paid package. You can select from available packages or create your own.
You can use CityBee cars without 2 years of driving experience!
However, in Lithuania and Estonia, you must bring a personal “Maple Leaf” magnetic sticker, which you must stick to the back of the car in Lithuania and to the front of the car in Estonia. Do not forget to remove the sticker at the end of your trip.
Once payment is made for a CityBee subscription plan, it cannot be canceled or paused. The payment for the plan is non-refundable. The CityBee subscription plan cannot be sold or transferred to another person.
If you’d like to use the car-sharing service, you’ll need to confirm the validity of your driver’s license.
You can do this in just a few minutes by following the steps in the ‘CityBee’ app. Open the app, choose Add driver’s license and enter your driver license number.
We now offer several ways to confirm your license:
Smart-ID or Mobile-ID
Available for users whose driver’s license can be verified through these electronic identification methods.
Uploading photos
If you prefer pictures, you can complete the process by taking a few photos directly in the app. You’ll be asked to:
1) Take a selfie;
2) Take a selfie while holding your driver’s license;
3) Take a photo of the front side of the document.
Whichever method you choose, please make sure your document is valid and undamaged. When taking photos ensure good lighting and that document is removed from any cover or case so your document number, personal identification number, and personal photo can be clearly seen.
Note: We accept only photocard driver’s licenses.
