General Terms and Conditions for business clients
CityBee general terms and conditions are described in the following document:
You should change your CityBee self-service password. You can do this on the website by clicking “I forgot / I want to change the password.” The system will then ask you to provide your email address linked to your CityBee account, you will then be sent an email with instructions explaining how to change your password.

In case the reservation is finished in another country, the additional €79 will be applied to your trip price, as per standard Citybee pricing. The fee covers the costs of returning the car to the country from which the reservation was started.
It’s not possible to transfer Cashback to another user or to your CityBee profile in another country
You can check whether the discount coupon(s) was applied for payment of your trip in the CityBee application by selecting “Menu” –> “Trip history” –> selecting a specific trip –> “Get receipt”.

Issued discount coupons are valid for 3 months from the date of issue. The exact date of validity of the discount coupon is indicated in “CityBee ON” section in CityBee application.
CityBee bees are new (not older than 2 years), technically sound cars. Including the practical Toyota Yaris, the comfortable Nissan Qashqai, and the cargo Fiat Ducato. You can see the models of cars currently in CityBee Park here:

In addition to Tallinn city center and downtown parking zones you are allowed to park and end the trip in the following private parking areas which are in the CityBee zone:
Europark: You are allowed to park and end the trip in all open Europark parking lots (except parking houses and parking lots with gates) in Tallinn, which are included in CityBee zones.
Ühisteenused: You are allowed to park and end the trip in all open Ühisteenused parking lots (except parking houses and parking lots with gates) in Tallinn, which are included in CityBee zones.
When parking you are obligated to follow parking requirements and traffic rules. Client is responsible paying for parking in parking lots that are not listed above.
You are not allowed to park or end the trip in the areas of apartment associations and special permits, even if there is a green CityBee parking zone.
Parking fines issued during the reservation and/or after the reservation are disputed with the data of the person responsible for the company organizing the parking. If this is not possible, CityBee pays the parking fine and reissues the fine to the responsible person.
