If You refueled at another gas station and paid for it, we will reimburse your expenses.
In order to get a reimbursement to your bank account in Lithuania, If You are a natural person or a company, You need to contact us via email info@citybee.lt. Our team will provide You with a refund request sheet, that You will need to fill out and send back to us.

As this vehicle is intended for city use, it is not equipped with a high-mileage battery. Therefore, if you are planning to go outside the city, a speed limited at 90 km/h ensures that the car does not use too much energy while driving. This way, You will safely reach the nearest electric charging station.

“My wallet‘‘ is a virtual wallet that can be topped up. You can top Your wallet up with CityBee credits worth 25, 50 or 100 Euros. It can be done multiple times and wallet‘s capacity is not limited.
Primarily all payments for the trip will be made from your “Wallet” – the total amount will be deducted from your wallet and only if the credit balance is insufficient, the money will be charged from Your bank card that is linked to your account.
If you have active CityBee credits in Your wallet, payments automatically will be made from it – there is no possibility to change the payment method.
If you find a CityBee car dirty or damaged (if the damage is not marked with an orange sticker “Reported”), please report by the application or take a photo and send it to us by email or a Facebook message and indicate a vehicle state plate number.

Yes, the company account administrator will have the right to see trip reports and invoices issued by employees who have been given the opportunity to use CityBee services.
The administrator appointed by the company will be able to monitor the travel reports after logging in to the self-service center and clicking on ,,Trips”. These reports can be downloaded in Excel format by choosing ,,Export.”
