If you have signed a contract with CityBee, an invoice is issued once a month, at the beginning of the each month. The invoice is sent to the email address you provide to us. Also, all invoices can be viewed by the account administrator appointed by the company, when logged in to the CityBee self-service center.
If you have added a company card with company details to your personal account, invoices will be issued twice a month and sent to the email specified in your CityBee account. For days 1–15 of the current month, the invoice will be issued and sent by the 16th of the current month, and for days 16–31 of the current month, the invoice will be issued and sent by the 1st of the following month.
Due to company policy, we are able to provide our services to customers who have Drivers licenses issued from one of these countries listed below. If your country is not on the list – unfortunately you will not be able to register.

BeePool is a tool that allows several passengers to travel in one car. The app allows you to simply and quickly invite fellow passengers to join a trip that is already planned or find a route that suits your needs best.
BeePool is a CityBee project, which encourages to reduce traffic jams, pollution and promotes saving money!
When connecting to CityBee self-service for the first time, press “Forgot/I want to change my password” and enter your email address. You will receive an email with a link where you will be able to create a new password.
At least one payment card must be linked to a CityBee account. You can link more than one payment card and choose from which card you will be billed for services before each trip. It is important that the card type is VISA or MasterCard and that the secure internet shopping function is activated.
How do I activate the secure internet shopping function?
1. SEB: Log in to your internet bank and look for “Accounts and Cards” -> “Card List” in the menu bar at the top. You’ll see all of your cards that can be registered with the secure internet shopping programme. Next to the desired card in the options below, click on “Online Billing” and click “Enable”.
2. Swedbank: Log in to your internet bank and look for “Cards” -> “Secure internet shopping” in the menu bar on the left. You’ll see all of your cards that can be registered with the secure internet shopping programme. Select the desired card next to the note “Online Billing” and click “Enable”.
3. Šiaulių Bankas: Log in to your Internet bank and in the menu on the left, select “Cards” -> “Secure payment” -> select the payment card for which you want to activate the secure internet shopping and click “Register” -> enter the requested data and confirm it by pressing the “Enter and Sign” button -> soon the status of the card will change to “Registered”.
4. Luminor bank: Log in to your Internet bank and in the menu, select the item “Payment cards” -> select the payment card for which you want to activate the secure internet shopping and in the opened window click “Secure shopping service settings” -> select the “Order service” button -> enter the requested data, which the bank will show you later during the purchase -> click “Order service”.
5. Citadele bank: No additional activation of the secure internet shopping is required.
Yes, the company account administrator can add and remove users (employees) in the CityBee self-service center.
To add employees, log in to self-service center and select Users -> Add User.
IMPORTANT! Employee email address cannot be duplicated with an e-mail already registered in the system.
To remove employees, from using the services on behalf of the company, after logging in to the self-service center select “Company employees” and press the trashcan can icon next to the employee.
The discount coupons are not exchangeable for money.
