Payment during a long-term reservation

During long-term reservation (trip package), the sum is charged before the start of the trip and if additional time and/or km is required after the prepayment package ends, the sum for the actual accumulated amount will be deducted during or at the end of the trip.

The money will be deducted from your selected card. If you have money in your CityBee wallet or have accumulated credit, for example for refueling, the funds will be deducted from this amount first. If the amount cannot be deducted, we will ask you to pay it or leave the car.

In Lithuania

If the car gets dirty during a long-term rental in Lithuania, we offer several options:

Go to the PRO BRO tunnel car wash and wash your car for free;

In Latvia

If the car gets dirty during a long-term rental in Latvia, please contact us by calling +371 27265460 and we will provide you further details.

In Estonia

If the car gets dirty during a long-term rental in Estonia, please contact us by +372 600 0160, Facebook or via email info@citybee.ee and we will provide you further details.

Driver's license registry

If you’d like to use the car-sharing service, you’ll need to confirm the validity of your driver’s license.

You can do this in just a few minutes by following the steps in the ‘CityBee’ app. Open the app, choose Add driver’s license and enter your driver license number.

We now offer several ways to confirm your license:

Smart-ID or Mobile-ID

Available for users whose driver’s license can be verified through these electronic identification methods.

Uploading photos

If you prefer pictures, you can complete the process by taking a few photos directly in the app. You’ll be asked to:

1) Take a selfie;

2) Take a selfie while holding your driver’s license;

3) Take a photo of the front side of the document.

Whichever method you choose, please make sure your document is valid and undamaged. When taking photos ensure good lighting and that document is removed from any cover or case so your document number, personal identification number, and personal photo can be clearly seen.

Note: We accept only photocard driver’s licenses.

On what basis do you process my personal data?

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent in order to conclude, execute, and administer the agreement concluded with you, to comply with the requirements of legal acts, and for the legitimate interest.

The CityBee Privacy Policy (https://citybee.lt/en/privacy-policy/) provides detailed information on the purpose of processing your personal data and the duration of storage thereof.

Road taxes while traveling with a VW e-Crafter

Charging duration

Please note that this service is provided in Lithuania and Estonia.

Depending on the model and the charging station type, the time varies:

Fast charging stations (50+kW) – 0-80% in 45 min (VW e-Crafter, Fiat 500E) or 1h 10 min (Peugeot e-2008);
AC charging stations (11 kW) – 0-80% in 3.5h (VW e-Crafter, Fiat 500E) or 4.5h (Peugeot e-2008);
Home charging from domestic electric 220V socket – 0-80% in 14h (VW e-Crafter) or 20h (Peugeot e-2008, Fiat 500E).

Can I switch to pay-as-you-go pricing if I have a CityBee subscription plan?

During your CityBee subscription period, you can choose between using a subscription plan trip or purchasing a pre-paid trip package for a longer route at the start of each trip. The pay-as-you-go pricing will automatically apply only if you exceed the allocated kilometers and/or minutes for the subscription plan or the additionally purchased package.
