Payment for fuel

When using CityBee, you do not need to pay for the fuel – you will pay only for the time used and for kilometers driven.

When the fuel drops to 1/4 volume of the tank capacity, go to any Circle-K gas station in Lithuania and fuel the bee. Fill a full fuel tank and pay with the gas stations’ card which you will find in the CityBee car at the sun visor on the top of the driver’s side.

You will find the payment card PIN code and fuel type in the CityBee app after opening your active reservation.

Due to company policy, we are able to provide our services to customers who have Drivers licenses issued from one of these countries listed below.

If your country is not on the list – unfortunately, you will not be able to register.

Also, our system is unable to accept International Driver’s Permits/ Licenses.

You can find the map with all charging stations at https://www.plugshare.com that shows both “IgnitisON” and “ElintaCharge” (that are free of charge for CityBee EV users) and other providers’ charging stations.

Forgot/Lost items

If you forget your personal belongings in a CityBee car, you can retrieve them by:

Reserving and unlocking your last car as usual.
You can retrieve your items for free for 24 hours after your last journey.
You have 5 free minutes to collect your belongings, do not turn on ignition if you don’t plan to use the car. If the car will be used for longer than 5 minutes, a paid reservation will start automatically.

Please note, that if you do not recover your items within 24 hours, you can find the car location, where the items were left, by using this link. If you are unable to find the car you are looking for, please, be patient, somebody is using it right now:

I get an error when logging in -“This email address has already been used”

You probably already have a CityBee account linked to this email but it has a different phone number. Contact us by e-mail or by phone and we will help you solve this issue.

Payment during a long-term reservation

During long-term reservation (trip package), the sum is charged before the start of the trip and if additional time and/or km is required after the prepayment package ends, the sum for the actual accumulated amount will be deducted during or at the end of the trip.

The money will be deducted from your selected card. If you have money in your CityBee wallet or have accumulated credit, for example for refueling, the funds will be deducted from this amount first. If the amount cannot be deducted, we will ask you to pay it or leave the car.

The cover for the gas tank is opened by pressing it. Then the cap is screwed off by turning counter-clockwise.
The gas tank is on the right side. The fuel type is indicated on the sticker that is on the cover for the gas tank, the sun visor, and in the vehicle registration certificate, found in the car’s glovebox.
You can fill up at any Circle K station. You will find the fuel card in the visor and you can find the PIN code in app just press “”PIN””. Pay with that card and keep driving 🙂
