If you’d like to use the car-sharing service, you’ll need to confirm the validity of your driver’s license.
You can do this in just a few minutes by following the steps in the ‘CityBee’ app. Open the app, choose Add driver’s license and enter your driver license number.
We now offer several ways to confirm your license:
Smart-ID or Mobile-ID
Available for users whose driver’s license can be verified through these electronic identification methods.
Uploading photos
If you prefer pictures, you can complete the process by taking a few photos directly in the app. You’ll be asked to:
1) Take a selfie;
2) Take a selfie while holding your driver’s license;
3) Take a photo of the front side of the document.
Whichever method you choose, please make sure your document is valid and undamaged. When taking photos ensure good lighting and that document is removed from any cover or case so your document number, personal identification number, and personal photo can be clearly seen.
Note: We accept only photocard driver’s licenses.
In the event of a traffic accident, follow the valid road traffic regulations of the country where the accident happened. If the accident is not complicated, there are no more than two cars involved and there are no casualties, a sketch of the accident is drawn and an accident statement is filled out, which You will find in the storage compartment. If parties disagree about the fault of the participants in the event, the police are called.
Each accident statement should include the causer of the accident and the victim. In the sketch, it is necessary to specify how many vehicles and which of those vehicles encountered in the accident.
ATTENTION!
When filling out the accident statement, keep in mind that both participants need to specify their contacts, each take a copy of the declaration and sign it (the victim signs only in box 15). Do not forget to fill out the circumstances field (12), it is mandatory.

However, if after receiving this notification you continue to exceed the speed limit, a fine specified in our Pricelist will be applied. This fine serves as a reminder to follow the rules of the road and keep your driving safe.

During the validity period of your CityBee subscription plan, you can choose trip packages for longer trips, which are available for an additional cost.

Bee Chill – we’ve got your back! If you happen to have an accident and accidentally damage the vehicle, don’t stress – we’ve got you covered. Just be sure to notify us right away, and we’ll take care of the rest.
The BeeChill is a financial responsibility fee is applied to all ‘Pay as You Go’ trips, and it’s already included in the price of trip packages or trips made with a subscription plan. You can see the fee in the app before you start your trip.
This fee is designed to cover any damage to the car that may occur due to an accident where you’re at fault, except for certain situations, such as failure to report the incident to us, causing the accident while under the influence of alcohol, violating traffic regulations, etc.

During your CityBee subscription period, you can choose between using a subscription plan trip or purchasing a pre-paid trip package for a longer route at the start of each trip. The pay-as-you-go pricing will automatically apply only if you exceed the allocated kilometers and/or minutes for the subscription plan or the additionally purchased package.
