Open the mobile CityBee app, which You are already signed into, select ,,Menu“ -> ,,Help“.
You will be directed to the Help center, select ,,Live chat“.
When the new live chat conversation will be opened, select the arrow to go back ( < ) at the top left of the page.
Select ,,See previous” and You will see all Your previous conversations in the live chat.
Due to company policy, we are able to provide our services to customers who have Drivers licenses issued from one of these countries listed below.
If your country is not on the list – unfortunately, you will not be able to register.
Also, our system is unable to accept International Driver’s Permits/ Licenses.

Parking in private paid lots is allowed, but you will need to cover the parking cost yourself. Free parking is only available in ‘CityBee’ permitted areas as shown in the app.

If you use all the trips included in your CityBee subscription plan before it expires, you can purchase a new plan at any time.
With CityBee, you can easily request a refund right in the app – no need to send emails or fill out forms.
How it works
Open the app, go to the menu, find Trip history, choose your trip, and tap Refund.
Select what the refund is for – fuel, AdBlue, parking, or your trip experience.
Add the required information.
For fuel, AdBlue, or parking – upload a photo of the receipt.
For trip experience – write a short explanation.
Check that everything is filled in and submit your request. Once it’s sent, you’ll see a confirmation message and the request will appear in the Help section. You can also follow the progress of your request in the Help section. Any updates or replies from our Support team will be shown there.
