Minimum trip price

The minimum trip price is the smallest amount payable for our services, deducted from your payment account once you unlock the car or extend your reservation. If your trip cost exceeds the minimum, the remaining amount will be charged by the end of the trip. However, if the total is less than the minimum, the difference won’t be refunded.

You’ll find the minimum trip price for each car listed in the app.

Please note that discounts do not apply to the minimum trip price.

Dirty car during a long-term reservation

In Lithuania

If the car gets dirty during a long-term rental in Lithuania, we offer several options:

In Latvia

Driver's license registry

If you also want to use the car sharing service, you must confirm the validity of your driver’s license.

You can do this in minutes by following the instructions in the mobile CityBee app! In the app, choose to add driver’s license.

First, the app will ask you to take a photo of the front side of your driver’s license. In the next step, take a selfie. The last step is to take a photo of yourself with your driver’s license in your hand.

Make sure the document is valid, intact and suitable for using. The document must be removed from a case or sheath. When taking a driver’s license, the document number, personal identification number and personal photo must be clearly visible, so make sure the lighting is good and the photos are bright.

Attention! We only accept photocard driver’s licences.

How can I find out when my CityBee subscription plan expires?

Road taxes

All Cargo drivers (except the ones who drive fully electric vans) have to purchase vignettes themselves and pay driving charges if they drive on toll roads.

If you reserve a Cargo in Lithuania and drive on paid roads, you should purchase a vignette for driving within the country’s borders and when crossing into another country.

In Latvia when traveling with a cargo vehicle on roads A1-A15, P5 & P80, you must pay Road User Charge and have a paper or electronic vignette that confirms your payment.

In Estonia, you have to buy a vignette if the vehicle weighs more than 3500kg.

If you drive outside Estonia, the driver must purchase the vignette when crossing the border.

What is the CityBee subscription?

The CityBee subscription is a monthly trip plan that allows you to travel much more affordably than with the pay-as-you-go pricing and offers exclusive benefits for subscribers. When you purchase a subscription plan for a fixed price, you’ll receive a set number of trips. Each trip includes a predetermined number of kilometers and minutes, as well as the trip start fee and minimum trip cost. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to use your trips.

Regardless of the number of trips, the CityBee monthly subscription plan also includes the following benefits:

free parking in the CityBee yellow zone;
reduced financial liability service, which lowers your financial responsibility from 600 EUR to 200 EUR in the event of an accident. This applies only to subscription trips; other exceptions are outlined in the Terms of Service.
