When the new live chat conversation will be opened, select the arrow to go back ( < ) at the top left of the page.

Select ,,See previous” and You will see all Your previous conversations in the live chat.

What is the CityBee subscription?

The CityBee subscription is a monthly trip plan that allows you to travel much more affordably than with the pay-as-you-go pricing and offers exclusive benefits for subscribers. When you purchase a subscription plan for a fixed price, you’ll receive a set number of trips. Each trip includes a predetermined number of kilometers and minutes, as well as the trip start fee and minimum trip cost. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to use your trips.

Regardless of the number of trips, the CityBee monthly subscription plan also includes the following benefits:

free parking in the CityBee yellow zone;
reduced financial liability service, which lowers your financial responsibility from 600 EUR to 200 EUR in the event of an accident. This applies only to subscription trips; other exceptions are outlined in the Terms of Service.

How to purchase and activate the CityBee subscription?

To subscribe to CityBee, open the CityBee app and go to the ‘Subscription’ section. Choose the plan that best suits you from the available options. The plan cost will be automatically charged to the payment card linked to your CityBee account. Once the payment is successful, you’ll receive a confirmation email. The purchased plan will be activated immediately and will be valid for 30 days.

How to get started with CityBee?

To sign up, you need to download the CityBee app to your smart iOS or Android phone.

To register, enter the requested personal data and a valid telephone number to verify signing up.

The final step is to link a payment card to your CityBee account.

If you want to use a car-sharing service, you must confirm your driving license’s validity. You can do it just in a few minutes by following the instructions in the app!

Why is the service labeled as BETA?

The CityBee subscription is a test service. We are constantly looking for new ways to help our customers travel more affordably and conveniently. In planning the CityBee subscription, we considered the needs of our most active customers and decided to offer plans for the most common types of city trips, allowing customers to enjoy cost-effective travel without worrying about time. We will periodically evaluate the service’s activity and improve it as needed. All customer feedback and expectations are highly appreciated. CityBee reserves the right to change the terms of the CityBee subscription at any time.

When is it worth choosing the CityBee subscription?

The subscription is ideal for anyone who regularly takes shorter trips (up to 10 km and 40 minutes) in the city with CityBee. Whether it’s just a few times or several trips a month, choose a subscription plan that fits your travel needs, save money, and enjoy additional benefits. However, if you typically take longer trips, we recommend selecting from a variety of trip packages that offer more cost-effective options for longer routes.
