Prepaid packages

We offer prepaid trip packages that include fixed time with fixed kilometers.

By choosing prepaid packages, you will pay less than the usual fare with the same distance and time in the “pay as you go” option.

If you happen to exceed the kilometers and /or time included in the price of the package, you will be able to continue the journey safely.

After the prepaid package ends (mileage and time included are finished), you will be paying for additional minutes and/or kilometers as specified in the chosen package deal.

You can also continue your trip by purchasing one more additional prepaid package without completing the active reservation.

If you decide to end the trip before using the time and /or kilometers indicated on the prepaid package, this balance will not be refunded.

The price of the fixed prepaid package will be charged at the beginning of the trip and the price for the extra kilometers and/or time will be charged during or at the end of the journey, depending on the length of your trip.

A day mentioned in the trip packages is 24 hours.

Now you are able to customize the pre-paid packages yourself by selecting time and kilometers in the app. Choose the preferred duration of the package, then, select the number of kilometers you anticipate driving during that time. This way, you can tailor the pre-paid package to fit your specific needs and budget. Enjoy the flexibility and convenience of customizing your own package!

Which paid car wash subscription can I choose?

IN LITHUANIA:

During the MyBee car rental period, a subscription to PRO BRO Tunnel Car Wash Midi program is provided twice a month.

IN ESTONIA:

During the Mybee subscription period, you can wash your car 2 times a month at the “Jazz pesulad” car washes listed below.

The washing service is used on the basis of the car’s registration number, which is identified by the number recognition system in Jazz Pesulad.

To enter the car wash you need to wait operators signal.

NB! Make sure your vehicle’s number plate is readable.

How does a long-term car reservation for legal entities work?

CityBee currently offers long-term car rentals.

It can be any car from the CityBee fleet. Use is no different from a short-term CityBee rental, and all the benefits offered (insurance, fuel, washing) remain as well. When renting a car (s) for a longer period, we can offer having a private fleet (or car) that operates in the exact same manner as a regular CityBee service. Employees who have access to CityBee on behalf of the company would be able to reserve, unlock, and use cars the usual way. In such a case, the said cars would not be visible to our other users but the employees could easily share them. The rental of the car (s) would be invoiced in the same manner as in the second case.

Change of password

To change the CityBee self-service password, click on “I forgot/want to change my password” on the website . Once you’ve done that, enter your email address linked with your CityBee account in the box that appears. An email will be sent to your inbox with instructions explaining how to change your password.

Minimum trip price

The minimum trip price is the smallest amount payable for our services, deducted from your payment account once you unlock the car or extend your reservation. If your trip cost exceeds the minimum, the remaining amount will be charged by the end of the trip. However, if the total is less than the minimum, the difference won’t be refunded.

You’ll find the minimum trip price for each car listed in the app.

Please note that discounts do not apply to the minimum trip price.

What is the BeeChill fee?

Bee Chill – we’ve got your back! If you happen to have an accident and accidentally damage the vehicle, don’t stress – we’ve got you covered. Just be sure to notify us right away, and we’ll take care of the rest.

The BeeChill is a financial responsibility fee is applied to all ‘Pay as You Go’ trips, and it’s already included in the price of trip packages or trips made with a subscription plan. You can see the fee in the app before you start your trip.

This fee is designed to cover any damage to the car that may occur due to an accident where you’re at fault, except for certain situations, such as failure to report the incident to us, causing the accident while under the influence of alcohol, violating traffic regulations, etc.

The gas tank is opened by lifting a switch to the left of the driver’s seat, then the tank cap is screwed off.
The gas tank is on the left side. The fuel type is indicated on the sticker that is on the cover for the gas tank, the sun visor, and in the vehicle registration certificate, found in the car’s glovebox. You can fill up at any Circle K station. You will find the fuel card in the visor and the PIN code is on the card. Pay with that card and keep driving 🙂
