Forgot/Lost items

If you forget your personal belongings in a CityBee car, you can retrieve them by:

Reserving and unlocking your last car as usual.
You can retrieve your items for free for 24 hours after your last journey.
You have 5 free minutes to collect your belongings, do not turn on ignition if you don’t plan to use the car. If the car will be used for longer than 5 minutes, a paid reservation will start automatically.

Please note, that if you do not recover your items within 24 hours, you can find the car location, where the items were left, by using this link. If you are unable to find the car you are looking for, please, be patient, somebody is using it right now:

Does the fee cover tow truck costs?

BeeChill fee covers towing costs if the vehicle needs to be towed due to an accident—just make sure to inform us right away, and we’ll handle the rest.

However, the BeeChill fee does not cover towing costs in the following situations:

Running out of charge: If you discharge the EV battery, towing costs won’t be covered, as it’s your responsibility to ensure the vehicle has enough charge, just like with fuel in traditional cars.

Parking violations: If the vehicle is towed because of a traffic violation, such as parking in a restricted area, the fee will not cover the costs and you’ll be responsible for the towing charges.

In these cases, it’s important to follow traffic rules and keep an eye on the vehicle’s battery or fuel level to avoid extra costs. For more details, please refer to our Terms of Service or Pricelist.

What happens to unused kilometers and time if I travel less than the allocated amount for a single plan trip?

To change the CityBee self-service password, click on “I forgot/want to change my password” on the website . Once you’ve done that, enter your email address linked with your CityBee account in the box that appears. An email will be sent to your inbox with instructions explaining how to change your password.

I get an error when logging in -“This email address has already been used”

You probably already have a CityBee account linked to this email but it has a different phone number. Contact us by e-mail or by phone and we will help you solve this issue.

Minimum trip price

The minimum trip price is the smallest amount payable for our services, deducted from your payment account once you unlock the car or extend your reservation. If your trip cost exceeds the minimum, the remaining amount will be charged by the end of the trip. However, if the total is less than the minimum, the difference won’t be refunded.

You’ll find the minimum trip price for each car listed in the app.

Please note that discounts do not apply to the minimum trip price.

The gas tank is opened by lifting a switch to the left of the driver’s seat, then the tank cap is screwed off.
The gas tank is on the left side. The fuel type is indicated on the sticker that is on the cover for the gas tank, the sun visor, and in the vehicle registration certificate, found in the car’s glovebox. You can fill up at any Circle K station. You will find the fuel card in the visor and the PIN code is on the card. Pay with that card and keep driving 🙂
