Why is the service labeled as BETA?

The CityBee subscription is a test service. We are constantly looking for new ways to help our customers travel more affordably and conveniently. In planning the CityBee subscription, we considered the needs of our most active customers and decided to offer plans for the most common types of city trips, allowing customers to enjoy cost-effective travel without worrying about time. We will periodically evaluate the service’s activity and improve it as needed. All customer feedback and expectations are highly appreciated. CityBee reserves the right to change the terms of the CityBee subscription at any time.

In which paid CityBee zones can I park in?

In addition to Tallinn city center and downtown parking zones you are allowed to park and end the trip in the following private parking areas which are in the CityBee zone:

Europark: You are allowed to park and end the trip in all open Europark parking lots (except parking houses and parking lots with gates) in Tallinn, which are included in CityBee zones.

When parking you are obligated to follow parking requirements and traffic rules. Client is responsible paying for parking in parking lots that are not listed above.

You are not allowed to park or end the trip in the areas of apartment associations and special permits, even if there is a green CityBee parking zone.

Parking fines issued during the reservation and/or after the reservation are disputed with the data of the person responsible for the company organizing the parking. If this is not possible, CityBee pays the parking fine and reissues the fine to the responsible person.

Road taxes

All Cargo drivers (except the ones who drive fully electric vans) have to purchase vignettes themselves and pay driving charges if they drive on toll roads.

If you reserve a Cargo in Lithuania and drive on paid roads, you should purchase a vignette for driving within the country’s borders and when crossing into another country.

In Latvia when traveling with a cargo vehicle on roads A1-A15, P5 & P80, you must pay Road User Charge and have a paper or electronic vignette that confirms your payment.

In Estonia, you have to buy a vignette if the vehicle weighs more than 3500kg.

If you drive outside Estonia, the driver must purchase the vignette when crossing the border.

Account deletion

You can submit your request for the exercise of your rights (as far as your Account is concerned) to us in the following ways:

submitting a request at e-mail info@citybee.lt; info@citybee.lv; info@citybee.ee, from email that is registered in your CityBee account that you want to delete;

submitting a request by e-mail at info@citybee.lt; info@citybee.lv; info@citybee.ee, signed with qualified e-signature (e.g. by use of Smart-ID or M-signature);
In the CityBee app, by selecting Menu -> My profile -> Delete my account.

Drivers license verification video call

During the process of drivers license approval, sometimes the system will ask you to join a video call.

You will receive a link to this call via SMS and e-mail. After receiving this link, please click on it and join the video call during these hours – 8:00-00:00.

If you do not join the video call within 7 days, the driver’s license will not be successfully approved.

Insurance of CityBee cars

All CityBee cars are covered by compulsory Civil Liability Insurance, so you do not need to worry about the insurance. The car is equipped with an insurer-compliant, satellite-linked security system that will protect CityBee from possible theft.

Can I switch to pay-as-you-go pricing if I have a CityBee subscription plan?

During your CityBee subscription period, you can choose between using a subscription plan trip or purchasing a pre-paid trip package for a longer route at the start of each trip. The pay-as-you-go pricing will automatically apply only if you exceed the allocated kilometers and/or minutes for the subscription plan or the additionally purchased package.
