The CityBee subscription plan does not automatically renew when it expires. However, if needed, you can purchase a new plan to continue your subscription.
We offer prepaid trip packages that include fixed time with fixed kilometers.
By choosing prepaid packages, you will pay less than the usual fare with the same distance and time in the ‘Flexible’ option.
If you happen to exceed the kilometers and /or time included in the price of the package, you will be able to continue the journey safely.
After the prepaid package ends (mileage and time included are finished), you will be paying for additional minutes and/or kilometers as specified in the chosen package deal.
You can also continue your trip by purchasing one more additional prepaid package without completing the active reservation.
If you decide to end the trip before using the time and /or kilometers indicated on the prepaid package, this balance will not be refunded.
The price of the fixed prepaid package will be charged at the beginning of the trip and the price for the extra kilometers and/or time will be charged during or at the end of the journey, depending on the length of your trip.
A day mentioned in the trip packages is 24 hours.

Now you are able to customize the pre-paid packages yourself by selecting time and kilometers in the app. Choose the preferred duration of the package, then, select the number of kilometers you anticipate driving during that time. This way, you can tailor the pre-paid package to fit your specific needs and budget. Enjoy the flexibility and convenience of customizing your own package!
The BeeChill fee has your back by covering damages in the event of an accident where you’re at fault. Just remember, it’s essential to report the incident to us immediately.
However, there are situations where BeeChill protection does not apply – the full list of BeeChill exclusions can be found in Section 7.17 of our Terms of Use. BeeChill does not apply in any of the cases listed in Section 7.17.
Below are some of the most common examples:
Failing to report the incident to us;
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
Violating traffic regulations;
Engaging in intentional or grossly negligent actions.
To make sure you’re protected, the BeeChill fee is applied to each trip as outlined in our our Pricelist. For full details, we encourage you to check out the Terms of Service.
In the CityBee app, parking zones marked in yellow usually have a drop-off and/or pick-up fee for CityBee cars. This fee does not apply to trips made under the CityBee subscription. The drop-off fee in the yellow CityBee zone is not charged even if the trip starts under the subscription plan but ends with the ‘Flexible’ pricing due to exceeding the allocated kilometers and/or minutes in the subscription plan.
When purchasing additional trips, i.e., trip packages, during the subscription period, the CityBee drop-off and/or pick-up fee waiver in the yellow zone does not apply for the package trips.

If you want to change your phone number in the CityBee app, please follow these steps:
Menu > My profile > Phone number. Specify the new phone number and enter the verification code, which you will receive as an SMS to the new phone number.
If you want to change the phone number registered in the CityBee app, but cannot access your profile in the app, please send us a request by e-mail, using the e-mail address you specified in your CityBee profile, and indicate your new phone number. We will change it upon request.
If you are unable to access the email inbox associated with your account, kindly get in touch with our customer support team for further assistance.
Attention! To protect Your account and to prevent fraud, while changing the phone number, we will remove Your driver‘s license and all Your attached payment cards. Add Your driver‘s license and payment card and You will be able to use the services again.

Park the car in ‘CityBee’ zone when you’re finished. All zones are shown on the app map. For more details on parking zones, see our guide here.
Before you hop out, do a quick check:
– Grabbed all your stuff
– Car documents and accessories still in the car
– Key back where you found it (or somewhere the next person will easily spot it)
– Windows and sunroof closed
Then just open your active trip in the app, hit ‘End trip’, and confirm. Make sure the doors actually lock. You’ll get a confirmation.
