Driver's license registry

If you also want to use the car sharing service, you must confirm the validity of your driver’s license.

You can do this in minutes by following the instructions in the mobile CityBee app! In the app, choose to add driver’s license.

First, the app will ask you to take a photo of the front side of your driver’s license. In the next step, take a selfie. The last step is to take a photo of yourself with your driver’s license in your hand.

Make sure the document is valid, intact and suitable for using. The document must be removed from a case or sheath. When taking a driver’s license, the document number, personal identification number and personal photo must be clearly visible, so make sure the lighting is good and the photos are bright.

Attention! We only accept photocard driver’s licences.

Prepaid packages

We offer prepaid trip packages that include fixed time with fixed kilometers.

By choosing prepaid packages, you will pay less than the usual fare with the same distance and time in the “pay as you go” option.

If you happen to exceed the kilometers and /or time included in the price of the package, you will be able to continue the journey safely.

After the prepaid package ends (mileage and time included are finished), you will be paying for additional minutes and/or kilometers as specified in the chosen package deal.

You can also continue your trip by purchasing one more additional prepaid package without completing the active reservation.

If you decide to end the trip before using the time and /or kilometers indicated on the prepaid package, this balance will not be refunded.

The price of the fixed prepaid package will be charged at the beginning of the trip and the price for the extra kilometers and/or time will be charged during or at the end of the journey, depending on the length of your trip.

A day mentioned in the trip packages is 24 hours.

Now you are able to customize the pre-paid packages yourself by selecting time and kilometers in the app. Choose the preferred duration of the package, then, select the number of kilometers you anticipate driving during that time. This way, you can tailor the pre-paid package to fit your specific needs and budget. Enjoy the flexibility and convenience of customizing your own package!

How can I check the remaining trips on my CityBee subscription plan?

Reserving and unlocking the vehicle

When reserving a car, you have two options:

· Choose a car, click on “Reserve,” and you will get a free 15-minute reservation, giving you access to the car for unlocking

· If you do not unlock the car within this 15-minute window, your reservation will automatically end unless you choose to pay for an extension.

If 15 minutes isn’t enough, you can extend your reservation for longer periods, but keep in mind:

· You can easily extend your reservation through the app after you’ve booked the car. Just click on Reservation and then select Extend.

· After the 15 minutes expire, the paid reservation time will begin. The cost per reserved minute is the same as the cost per minute when driving the car;

· You can extend the reservation for up to 24 hours;

· If you do not unlock the car by selecting “Unlock” in the app, the reservation will automatically end, and you will be charged for the time the reservation was active.
You can cancel a paid reservation at any time, and you will only be charged for the time used.

Once you’ve reached the car, click “Unlock” in the app. The car will unlock, and the keys will be inside the vehicle.

Why I cannot go faster than 90 km/h with VW e-Crafter (In Lithuania only)?

Please note that this service is provided in Lithuania only.

As this vehicle is intended for city use, it is not equipped with a high-mileage battery. Therefore, if you are planning to go outside the city, a speed limited at 90 km/h ensures that the car does not use too much energy while driving. This way, You will safely reach the nearest electric charging station.

Which paid car wash subscription can I choose?

IN LITHUANIA:

During the MyBee car rental period, a subscription to PRO BRO Tunnel Car Wash Midi program is provided twice a month.

IN ESTONIA:

During the Mybee subscription period, you can wash your car 2 times a month at the “Jazz pesulad” car washes listed below.

The washing service is used on the basis of the car’s registration number, which is identified by the number recognition system in Jazz Pesulad.

To enter the car wash you need to wait operators signal.

NB! Make sure your vehicle’s number plate is readable.

Does the BeeChill Fee cover accidental interior damage?

BeeChill fee can cover accidental interior damage, as long as the damage wasn’t intentional, and you inform us about the incident right away. We understand that accidents happen, and we’re here to help.

However, the BeeChill fee does not cover the damages caused by things like smoking, excessive trash, or spills that require dry cleaning. For these situations, a cleaning fee will apply. For more details, please check our Pricelist.
