During the MyBee car rental period, a subscription to PRO BRO Tunnel Car Wash Midi program is provided twice a month.

IN ESTONIA:

During the Mybee subscription period, you can wash your car 2 times a month at the “Jazz pesulad” car washes listed below.

The washing service is used on the basis of the car’s registration number, which is identified by the number recognition system in Jazz Pesulad.

To enter the car wash you need to wait operators signal.

NB! Make sure your vehicle’s number plate is readable.

I paid for the fuel myself

If You refueled at another gas station and paid for it, we will reimburse your expenses.

In order to get a reimbursement to your bank account, If You are a natural person or a company, You need to contact us via email info@citybee.lt., info@citybee.lv or info@citybee.ee. Please provide a payment receipt and our team will provide You a refund request sheet, that You will need to fill out and send back to us.

You will receive a link to this call via SMS and e-mail. After receiving this link, please click on it and join the video call during these hours – 8:00-00:00.

If you do not join the video call within 7 days, the driver’s license will not be successfully approved.
