CityBee subscription plan is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unused trips do not carry over to a new plan.

Every single CityBee electric vehicle has a different mileage which also heavily depends on the current season (i.e. the mileage is increased when the temperature is +15°C rather than when it’s -10°C):
Volkswagen e-Crafter: warm Summer – 130 km, cold winter – <85 km;
Peugeot e-2008: warm summer in the city ~300 km, out of the city ~220 km; cold winter in the city ~200 km, out of the city ~160 km.
Fiat 500e: warm summer in the city – 240km, out of the city – 180km, cold winter in the city – 190km, out of the city – 140km
For exact mileage, please take a look at the vehicle’s computer screen after having driven it for at least 5 km.
When you refill a bee with a fuel level less than 25% volume of the tank capacity, a 2 EUR discount will be added to your account for future trips.
ATTENTION! Discount for refueling the car is applied only when the fuel drops to 1/4 volume of the tank capacity and you need to fill a full tank. The discount is given just once during your trip.

A minimum fee will still be charged if the trip is less than it. Discounts will be applied after that.

During your CityBee subscription period, you can choose between using a subscription plan trip or purchasing a pre-paid trip package for a longer route at the start of each trip. The pay-as-you-go pricing will automatically apply only if you exceed the allocated kilometers and/or minutes for the subscription plan or the additionally purchased package.
CityBee users do not need to purchase a Jūrmala entry pass.
With a CityBee subscription, you can drive any CityBee passenger car in Lithuania, except for cargo vehicles.
If you refuel at a station other than Circle K, we’ll refund the cost of the fuel. To request a refund, make sure to save the receipt and follow the process described here.
Please note that we cannot process receipts older than 3 months.
The CityBee subscription is only available to private customers. Invoices for the CityBee subscription cannot be issued in the name of a legal entity.
