‘CityBee’ cars can be used to travel within the European Union (or where ‘CityBee’ car insurance is valid). However, you need to get our prior permission first.
The permission request must be sent to the general email addresses:

Before deciding whether to allow to transport ‘CityBee’ car outside of LT, LV or EE, we will assess our technical and organizational capabilities and your history of using ‘CityBee’ services.
You’re welcome to take a CityBee car across the Baltics (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia) and finish your trip in any permitted CityBee zone shown in the app. Just keep in mind that a €69 cross-border fee applies when a trip starts in Latvia or Estonia and ends in Lithuania.
If you’d like to use the car-sharing service, you’ll need to confirm the validity of your driver’s license.
You can do this in just a few minutes by following the steps in the ‘CityBee’ app. Open the app, choose Add driver’s license and enter your driver license number.
We now offer several ways to confirm your license:
Smart-ID or Mobile-ID
Available for users whose driver’s license can be verified through these electronic identification methods.
Uploading photos
If you prefer pictures, you can complete the process by taking a few photos directly in the app. You’ll be asked to:
1) Take a selfie;
2) Take a selfie while holding your driver’s license;
3) Take a photo of the front side of the document.
Whichever method you choose, please make sure your document is valid and undamaged. When taking photos ensure good lighting and that document is removed from any cover or case so your document number, personal identification number, and personal photo can be clearly seen.
Note: We accept only photocard driver’s licenses.
If you want to use the car for longer than travelling from point A to point B, lock the car with a key at intermediate stops and take the keys with you. Do not mark the trip as complete in the app. If needed, you can continue your trip using the same car at any time. Only mark the trip as complete in the app when you no longer wish to use the car. Please note that if you lock the car with the key, if it has not been used for some time, but you have not completed the reservation via the app, the price of the travel time will continue to be calculated.
Please note that we do not process refunds older than 3 months. e.g. If you have filled up at a non Circle-K petrol station, the fuel receipt cannot be older than 3 months when you apply for a refund.
Car screenwash can not be purchased with a „Circle-K“ card.
You can find the fuel type in the CityBee app, under active reservation.
If you don’t use all the kilometers and minutes allocated for a trip under the subscription plan, the unused distance and time will not be carried over to another trip.
Bee Chill – we’ve got your back! If you happen to have an accident and accidentally damage the vehicle, don’t stress – we’ve got you covered. Just be sure to notify us right away, and we’ll take care of the rest.
The BeeChill is a financial responsibility fee is applied to all ‘Pay as You Go’ trips, and it’s already included in the price of trip packages or trips made with a subscription plan. You can see the fee in the app before you start your trip.
This fee is designed to cover any damage to the car that may occur due to an accident where you’re at fault, except for certain situations, such as failure to report the incident to us, causing the accident while under the influence of alcohol, violating traffic regulations, etc.
