If the car gets dirty during a long-term rental in Lithuania, we offer several options:
Go to the Švaros Broliai tunnel car wash and wash your car for free.
We can supply you with wipes for cleaning windows and interior finishes.
Reserve a time with our partners and deliver the car for washing at the agreed time.
Our partners wash the exterior of a car, clean the interior, and refill the windshield washer fluid.

CityBee currently offers long-term car rentals.
It can be any car from the CityBee fleet. Use is no different from a short-term CityBee rental, and all the benefits offered (insurance, fuel, washing) remain as well. When renting a car (s) for a longer period, we can offer having a private fleet (or car) that operates in the exact same manner as a regular CityBee service. Employees who have access to CityBee on behalf of the company would be able to reserve, unlock, and use cars the usual way. In such a case, the said cars would not be visible to our other users but the employees could easily share them. The rental of the car (s) would be invoiced in the same manner as in the second case.

We would like to remind you that CityBee does not analyze pretensions of BeePool users if it is regarding the actions or inactions of other users, travel conditions, advertisements or information provided by users, mutual communication on the search platform or other issues.
Of course! The company employee who created the reservation under the company name will receive a discount to his/her company e-wallet.
After selecting the BeePool icon, press “Create trip” and fill in all the necessary information: the starting point and destination of the trip, the departure time, the price per person and the number of available seats in the car. You can also add an additional comment about your travel expectations or other important information. When you’re done entering information, click „Create“.
The only thing remaining to do is to wait for the seats in the vehicle requests from fellow passengers. Do not delay to approve the requests you receive.
After using the CityBee car, return the vehicle to CityBee parking zone. CityBee parking zones are highlighted on the app map.
You can always finish your trip in this area following the road traffic rules. Do not leave the car in disabled parking space or in reserved areas. Attention – green zones are different for electric cars, cars and vans.
You can leave the car in this area with an additional fee. The fee will be added to the price of the trip. Please note that the fees may vary for different zones, you can find out the fee by clicking on the area.
CityBee cars can not be left in these areas. A fine may be applied at the end of the trip if you finish your trip in this zone. Areas that not highlighted are also not CityBee zones and cars can not be left there.
You can check the CityBee zones in CityBee app by clicking on the letter “P” icon under the map.
After completing the trip and parking, make sure that you have not left your belongings in the car, as well as that you have not taken car documents or accessories with you. Remember to leave the key in the car, put it in the same place you picked it up from or leave it in a place where another customer can easily find it. Make sure all windows and sunroof are closed.
When you get out of the car, open the active reservation in the mobile app and select the “End trip” command and confirm this action. Check that the car door has been locked successfully.
The minimum trip price is 2.29€ and it is deducted when the car is unlocked if you choose the “pay as you go” option.
If the price of the trip is more than 2.29€, the remaining amount will be deducted at the end of the journey.
The minimum price of 2.29€ is also deducted if you choose to extend your free reservation to a 24-hour extended reservation.
