CityBee cumulative discount system ON rules are described in the following document:
In the event that you have spent your personal funds, for example, to refuel the CityBee vehicle or have purchased window fluid, CityBee will return them to you if you perform the following actions:
Write to info@citybee.lv
Send a photo with a receipt from a gas station
Briefly explain the reason why you had to use your own funds
Fill out the refund form and send it back
CityBee will return the funds to your personal account within a week.
Important:
Currently, CityBee does not have the option to return the spent funds by adding them to your CityBee profile, but only to your personal bank account.
Please note that the bank account to which the funds are to be returned must match the name of the CityBee profile owner to whom the reservation was made.
According to the current regulations of the company, both natural persons and companies pay for services with the linked payment card or by topping up the CityBee virtual wallet. For special conditions, please contact us by e-mail:

Minimum trip price is the minimum amount payable for the services, which is deducted from the Payment account after unlocking the car or extending the reservation (if the minimum amount is exceeded, the remaining amount due is debited no later than at the end of the trip, and if the minimum amount is not reached – the difference is not returned). The minimum trip price (it’s size) for each car is indicated in the App.
To sign up, you need to download the CityBee app to your smart iOS or Android phone.
To register, enter the requested personal data and a valid telephone number to verify signing up.
The final step is to link a payment card to your CityBee account.
If you want to use a car-sharing service, you must confirm your driving license’s validity. You can do it just in a few minutes by following the instructions in the app!
Only the company account administrator has access to the company’s invoices and trip reports. This information can be found in the self-service center. Log in to the Citybee self-service center and press the “Invoices” button at the top left corner.
The price calculator gives you the opportunity to calculate the trip price before the start of the journey if you choose the “pay as you go” option.

By registering in the CityBee system, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms of use and privacy policy. If you had not done that, you would not be able to use CityBee services.
Yes, the company account administrator can add and remove users (employees) in the CityBee self-service center.
To add employees, log in to self-service center and select Users -> Add User.
IMPORTANT! Employee email address cannot be duplicated with an e-mail already registered in the system.
To remove employees, from using the services on behalf of the company, after logging in to the self-service center select “Company employees” and press the trashcan can icon next to the employee.
