* The offer applies only to new CityBee customers who have created a business account. Upon signing the contract, 100 km discount vouchers will be added to the business account for each of the first three months. The cost per minute varies based on the car model. The offer is valid only on Pay-As-You-Go pricing. Any unused kilometers will expire at the end of the month and cannot be moved forward to the next month.

Can I issue a VAT invoice in the name of the company myself, without registration?

Certainly!

1. In the mobile app, under the “Payments” tab, choose the option “Create business profile” and link your personal and/or company payment card(s). Provide the details you want to use for receiving invoices for your trips.
2. If you add a payment card without specifying any details, the invoice will be issued in the name of the individual.
3. Before your trip, select the card you will use to pay for the trip. If you choose a card with specified details, the invoice will be issued according to the provided information.
4. Invoices for trips are sent out after each trip.

How is the VAT invoice issued and when is it sent for the company's travels?

Will I be able to see employees' travel reports after signing the agreement?

Will I be able to add and remove employees from the company account?

What are the rates for business clients?

Typically, prices for business and individual clients are the same. However, we offer new customers 300 km for their travels!

Additionally, depending on your needs, we can create special pricing packages exclusively for your employees.

Before starting a trip, each company employee included in your CityBee business profile will have the option to choose either to purchase a pre-paid travel package or to travel with a “pay as you go” pricing.

Pay as you go – payment is based on the distance traveled and the reservation time during the trip.
Pre-paid trip package – payment is a fixed price for a specific chosen time and distance.

Is it possible to limit the use of CityBee during specific hours (e.g., from 18:00 to 9:00)?

Is it possible to restrict specific car classes/models for employees?

Can I travel between Baltic countries?

Yes, you can! However, please be aware that there is a cross-country fee for starting your trip in one country and ending it in another.

Additionally, if you plan to start your trip in a different country, your company must have a contract with the local company.

What are the possible payment options?

You can pay for CityBee services in several ways:

– Add a payment card to the company account, from which the funds will be deducted immediately upon completing the trip or during the trip.

– Top up the CityBee virtual business wallet – this tool allows you to settle debts and unpaid trips for the current month.

– Deferred payment at the end of the month – each company is assigned a limit that it can use for CityBee services per month.

Only the company account administrator can add a payment card to the company account, and this can be done using the CityBee self-service portal. Only one payment card can be added to the company account, and it will be used for all trips.

How to use the CityBee self-service?

After signing the agreement, each business client is granted access to the CityBee self-service, where, with administrator rights, you can:

– Add/ remove users (company employees);
– View user travel reports;
– Find the company’s monthly invoices and their details;
– Manage the balance of the virtual business wallet;
– Restrict the use of services during specified times;
– Add a payment card for travel payments.

The first time you log in to the CityBee self-service portal, simply click “Forgot/want to change password” – this way, you will create a password for your account.

If you don’t receive the link after clicking the “Forgot/want to change password” button, we recommend checking your “Spam” and “Junk” folders. If the email is not found there, please contact your company’s IT support team to inquire if emails from us are being blocked.
