There is no registration or account creation fee – you pay for the time of using the vehicle and kilometres; there is also a Trip start fee applicable for each of your trips. Detailed information on prices is available on the “Pricing” page, and additional fees and penalties are set out below in this Pricelist.
We strongly urge you to use CityBee cars responsibly and leave them in good order. However, additional fees may apply if you fail to comply with the Terms and Conditions of the agreement or use of the services.

The Terms discuss fines and conditions, principles and procedure of imposing them, whereas specific types of fines and their specific amounts are indicated in the Pricelist, which can be periodically updated. In any case, the User must get familiar with the Pricelist in the App, applicable to each reservation and currently valid before they confirm each reservation.
Heavy vehicles such as VW Crafter are subjected to a particular Road User Charge when driving at primary roads A1 – A18 in Lithuania. The person driving the vehicles must have a fact of payment: paper or electronic vignette.
The minimum trip price is the minimum amount payable for the services, which is deducted from the Payment account after unlocking the car or extending the reservation (if the minimum amount is exceeded, the remaining amount due is debited no later than at the end of the trip, and if the minimum amount is not reached – the difference is not returned) –
EUR 2,29. Minimum fee will still be charged if the trip is less than 2.29 EUR. Discounts will be applied after that.
Additional fees in Lithuania:

trip start fee – additionally applicable to all “pay as you go” trips (not applicable to travel packages) – 0,5 EUR;

fee for leaving the vehicle in a prohibited place (the fee is applied when the vehicle is left in a prohibited place (where it is forbidden to leave the vehicle under the Road Traffic Rules) and it is forcibly towed to the car storage lot) – 140 EUR;

Parking Zone fee – a fee the amount of which is provided for on the App is charged for returning or collecting the Vehicle from the Parking Zone territories marked and shown on the App

leaving a vehicle in another country (CityBee zone) fee – 79 EUR;
-
the administration fee for road traffic violations – 10 EUR;
-
fee for administration of things left behind in the vehicle – 5 EUR.
For cases provided in CityBee Terms of use you will need to compensate the fees related to the caused damage or your debt.
Fines and damages:
If you or other persons, for whom you make it possible to use our vehicles, do not follow the Terms, the following fines may be imposed on you, which are deemed our liquidated damages:

leaving the vehicle (finishing your trip) outside of the CityBee parking zone in Lithuania – 300 EUR;

leaving the vehicle (finishing your trip) outside of the CityBee parking zone in other countries – 300 EUR. (You must compensate all the Vehicle transportation and other additional costs incurred by the Company. Terms);

loss of keys – 120 EUR (You must compensate all key acquisition (production) and programming costs. Terms);
-
obligatory car washing (without chemical washing) – 60 EUR;
-
obligatory car washing (with chemical washing) – 100 EUR;
-
damaged, not repairable tire – 120 EUR;
-
smoking inside the car – 70 EUR;
-
fuel misappropriation and improper use of fuel card – 300 EUR. (You must compensate damages suffered by the Company in connection with preclusion, prevention, identification, administration of such events, also must compensate for the full value of the misappropriated fuel in addition);

dangerous, reckless or careless driving – 300 EUR;
-
driving under the influence of alcohol (above 0.00 per mille), narcotic substances and other substances affecting mental state (or when the User consumed alcohol or used other intoxicating substances after the traffic accident before its circumstances were established, or avoided undergoing a blood alcohol or intoxication test (for the purposes of these Terms, blood alcohol content or intoxication shall be understood as defined in legal acts) – 2000 EUR;

false request to the bank that issued the payment card to chargeback the funds debited from the payment card – 50 EUR;

for leaving a vehicle (i.e., ending the trip) in such a condition that it cannot be used for further trips (e.g., the vehicle is left in a private lot or a paid parking lot, from which it is not possible to leave without paying for parking; the vehicle is left stranded; the fuel in the tank is not enough to reach the nearest gas station; the vehicle was left loaded with personal belongings; the vehicle was left with a discharged battery; the vehicle is used after confirming that the trip is complete, i.e., you confirmed in the Mobile App that the trip is over, but you stayed in the vehicle and/or continue to use the vehicle or its equipment, etc. – 70 EUR;

for leaving the vehicle (i.e., ending the trip) without leaving the key in the vehicle, if within 30 min. from informing you about the collection of the key, the key is not returned – 70 EUR;

In case of filling the vehicle tank with a wrong fuel, you will have to compensate us for the loss suffered by us for this reason up to 600 EUR. See the Terms.;

In case the vehicle is damaged in a traffic accident through your fault, you will compensate us for the damages suffered due to the traffic accident up to 600 EUR, in the case a reduced financial responsibility was purchase in the Mobile App – an amount not exceeding 200 EUR. See the Terms.
However, if the vehicle is damaged during a traffic accident caused by you (or another person for whom you made it possible to use our vehicle) in a non-sober state, participating in sports competitions, or otherwise violating the Terms, you will have to compensate us for damages in full. See the Terms.
Debiting of fines and additional fees We can automatically debit the amount of the fine and/or additional fees indicated in the Pricelist to the payment account linked to your account. They money will be debited to the payment account immediately after a breach is identified, recorded and you are notified about that (via the App or otherwise).
Additional fees in Latvia and Estonia
Parking:

Leaving a vehicle in another country fee – 79 EUR;

Penalty for leaving vehicle outside of the permitted area (if the rental fee has not been paid) – 300 EUR;

Penalty for loss of key – 120 EUR.
Prevent a car from damage and keep it clean and in good order:

Obligatory car washing (without chemical washing) – 30 EUR;

Obligatory car washing (with chemical washing) – 100 EUR;

The amount of your compensable losses if you have caused the accident is up to 600 EUR. The condition limiting your civil liability does not apply in the cases specified and described in the Vehicle, Property Operating Conditions and Liability section of the Terms of use;

Damaged, not repairable tire – 120 EUR.

A fine for driving while intoxicated, under the influence of psychoactive or other narcotic substances – 2000 EUR;

for allowing other persons, who do not have the right to control the vehicle (i.e., persons without a valid driving license), to drive, control or otherwise use the vehicle – EUR 500.
