How to delete my account?

You can submit your request for the exercise of your rights (as far as your Account is concerned) to us in the following ways:

submitting a request at e-mail info@citybee.lt; info@citybee.lv; info@citybee.ee, from email that is registered in your CityBee account that you want to delete;

submitting a request by e-mail at info@citybee.lt; info@citybee.lv; info@citybee.ee, signed with qualified e-signature (e.g. by use of Smart-ID or M-signature);
In the CityBee app, by selecting Menu -> My profile -> Delete my account.

What is ON?

ON is a cashback discount system that will return part of the amount spent on CityBee services to you after each trip in the form of discount coupons. You can use the discount coupons for your future trips to save money.

The discount size you get depends on the ON level assigned to you. ON level is determined accordingly, depending on the amount you have spent on CityBee services in the last three calendar months.

Will I be able to add new users (employees) to the company account or remove existing ones?

Yes, the company account administrator can add and remove users (employees) in the CityBee self-service center.

To add employees, log in to self-service center and select Company Employees -> Add User.

IMPORTANT! Employee email address cannot be duplicated with an e-mail already registered in the system.

To remove employees, from using the services on behalf of the company, after logging in to the self-service center select “Company employees” and press the trashcan can icon next to the employee.
