After using the CityBee car, return the vehicle to CityBee parking zone. CityBee parking zones are highlighted on the app map.
Green zone
You can always finish your trip in this area following the road traffic rules. Do not leave the car in disabled parking space or in reserved areas. Attention – green zones are different for electric cars, cars and vans.
Yellow zone
You can leave the car in this area with an additional fee. The fee will be added to the price of the trip. Please note that the fees may vary for different zones, you can find out the fee by clicking on the area.
Red zone
CityBee cars can not be left in these areas. A fine may be applied at the end of the trip if you finish your trip in this zone. Areas that not highlighted are also not CityBee zones and cars can not be left there.
You can check the CityBee zones in CityBee app by clicking on the letter “P” icon under the map.
After completing the trip and parking, make sure that you have not left your belongings in the car, as well as that you have not taken car documents or accessories with you. Remember to leave the key in the car, put it in the same place you picked it up from or leave it in a place where another customer can easily find it. Make sure all windows and sunroof are closed.
When you get out of the car, open the active reservation in the mobile app and select the “End trip” command and confirm this action. Check that the car door has been locked successfully.
All private CityBee clients (individuals) who have agreed to the CityBee Terms of Use and have spent 90 EUR or more on CityBee mobility services in the last three months are included in ON.
Clients who have added a company payment card to their accounts and receive invoices on behalf of the company, are also included in ON.
When using CityBee, you do not need to pay for the fuel – you will pay only for the time used and for kilometers driven.
When the fuel drops to 1/4 volume of the tank capacity, go to any Circle-K gas station in Lithuania and fuel the bee. Fill a full fuel tank and pay with the gas stations’ card which you will find in the CityBee car at the sun visor on the top of the driver’s side.
You will find the payment card PIN code in the CityBee app after opening your active reservation. You will find stickers indicating the type of fuel for a car on the sun visor and the fuel tank cover (both inside and outside).

Not to mention that you will be provided with access to the CityBee self-service center. The self-service center allows you to manage your employees, add or remove users, view travel reports and monthly invoices.

For your convenience, we now offer prepaid trip packages that include fixed time with fixed kilometers.
By choosing prepaid packages, you will pay less than the usual fare with the same distance and time in the “pay as you go” option.
If you happen to exceed the kilometers and /or time included in the price of the package, you will be able to continue the journey safely.
After the prepaid package ends (mileage and time included are finished), you will be paying for additional minutes and/or kilometers as specified in the chosen package deal.
You can also continue your trip by purchasing one more additional prepaid package without completing the active reservation.
If you decide to end the trip before using the time and /or kilometers indicated on the prepaid package, this balance will not be refunded.
The price of the fixed prepaid package will be charged at the beginning of the trip and the price for the extra kilometers and/or time will be charged during or at the end of the journey, depending on the length of your trip.
A day mentioned in the trip packages is 24 hours.

Please note that this service is provided in Lithuania only.
As this vehicle is intended for city use, it is not equipped with a high-mileage battery. Therefore, if you are planning to go outside the city, a speed limited at 90 km/h ensures that the car does not use too much energy while driving. This way, You will safely reach the nearest electric charging station.
Open the mobile CityBee app, which You are already signed into, select ,,Menu“ -> ,,Help“.
You will be directed to the Help center, select ,,Live chat“.
When the new live chat conversation will be opened, select the arrow to go back ( < ) at the top left of the page.
Select ,,See previous” and You will see all Your previous conversations in the live chat.
If you are using your personal account, add a payment card and specify the details of the company. Click on Menu -> Virtual Wallet -> Payment Methods -> Create Work Profile.
Before the trip, select the company card with the attached details and start the reservation. In this case, you will make the trip on a personal account, and the invocice will be issued in the name of the company.
