Yes, of course! You can use BeePool services both with CityBee vehicle and with your own car.
If you decide to use your car, make sure that it is without any technical issues and has all the necessary documents. During the trip, it is mandatory to have vehicle registration and technical inspection documents, vehicle owners’ compulsory civil liability insurance policy and other essential documents. Please note that CityBee does not check the documents of the vehicle. Passengers can ask the driver to show them at any time during the trip.
In the search field, enter the travel route you are interested in (e.g. Kaunas – Klaipėda) and the system will help you find people planning to travel to the same destination. Choose the most suitable travel option for you, click on it and request a seat. When the driver confirms your request, you will receive a notification in the app. The spot in the car is yours!
If you have any additional questions before requesting a seat, you can contact the driver by selecting the “Chat” section, which is right next to the “Request seat” section.

Issued discount coupons are valid for 3 months from the date of issue. The exact date of validity of the discount coupon is indicated in “CityBee ON” section in CityBee application.
Children must be carried in kids’ chairs. CityBee cars have kids’ chairs (you can see whether there is a chair in a selected car by clicking on the car icon on the map or using a filter and selecting the criteria “Cars with kids’ chairs”). Chairs are for older children, i.e. this is a raised seat without a backrest.
Road traffic rules warn that children under the age of 12 and not higher than 150 cm are allowed to sit in the front seat only in special seats adapted to their weight and height.
For safety reasons, CityBee cars only provide a group 2/3 booster cushion for children from 22-36 kg, aged 6 to 12 years, following the law.

If the culprit is another road traffic participant you will not have to pay for the damage that our company has experienced.
If you are the culprit in a traffic accident that damaged our car, you must compensate for the damage our company has experienced. The maximum amount of compensatory damages is €600.
In case Porsche Taycan is damaged in a traffic accident through your fault, you will compensate us for the damages suffered due to the traffic accident, if you are between 25 and 30 years old, up to €15000, if you are 30 years and older – up to €5000, in the case a reduced financial responsibility was purchase in the Mobile App – an amount not exceeding €1000.
The condition limiting the amount of the compensatory damages does not apply if you caused the damage to us intentionally or due to gross negligence. The cases where you must pay the compensatory damages are listed and described in detail in the section on vehicles, operation of assets, and liability of the Rental and Service Provision Terms and Conditions.
If the barrier did not open automatically, call the airport information line (+372) 605 8888. If you still had to pay for parking yourself, please keep the receipt so that we can refund you the amount paid for parking.
If the car is parked in a private paid parking lot (for example., Citypark, Europark, minus these exceptions), the driver pays the parking fee independently.

The invoice includes the actual paid amount, so the amount paid with discount coupons will not be reflected in the invoice. You will receive an invoice as usual – after every trip.
